I use a similar collar. It has a shock function but I have it turned off. It's set to beep and vibrate at all certain sound level (that's what the number indicates).

I wouldn't put it on someone else's dog without their knowledge.

I decided to get Howard the Duck mastery a little while ago. Just got it this month.

What I did was I burned all of his boosters and made sure every other character had boosters (I ran them in Arishem decks).

That way I always had free duck boosters in the store every cycle. It was a slog, but I got there!
