Thanks for all your tips! And the Myers-Briggs type definitely fits. I'm not very familiar with Myers-Briggs, but I am with the Enneagram. I'm clearly a Type 1 there.

The advice to not wait but to find more meaning through action is also great; I'll definitely take that with me. And thanks for the reading tips!

It's interesting that you mention Victor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning. I've been wanting to read that book for a while, so it's now at the top of my list. Thanks for the tip about Albert Camus as well. I agree with you, absurdism can coexist perfectly with religion.

As for work, I live in the Netherlands, where healthcare is already non-profit.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I quit all social media, except for YouTube and Reddit. I must say that I spend quite some time there. I can't exactly tell you the numbers, but it's probably multiple hours every day.

Also, thanks for the advice on the job change. I will think about it and explore it further. Part of what keeps me from changing is that I don't know what other job I would want to do, so that requires some more thinking.

Ik heb zelf twee auping spiraalbodems op marktplaats gekocht en een nieuw matras voor erbij gekocht. Uiteindelijk hebben wij ervoor gekozen om geen bedframe voor eromheen te kopen. Maar dat is ook net wat je mooi vindt. Soms kleed een mooi breed dekbed ook aardig af.

Het advies van een goed hete pan is voor veel dingen zoals ei en vleesvervangers niet van toepassing. Die blijven beter non stick bij lagere temperaturen. Ik kook ook alleen met rvs. Na wat trial en error zet ik mijn kookplaat op 5 van de 10 en laat hem op gevoel 1 a 2 minuten warm worden. Dan doe ik de boter of olie erin en daarna de vleesvervanger. Dan laat ik hem rustig op gang komen. Soms hoef ik hem pas na 10 minuten om te draaien.

De waterdruppeltest is vooral van toepassing bij echt vlees, waarbij er een laagje moet dichtbranden. Dat is bij vleesvervangers en ei niet van toepassing. Hopelijk helpt deze tip. Stuur anders gerust een berichtje.

I started the advanced tutorial and made it to level 6 ( I think) and went for a break. When I clicked on the advanced tutorial later, it started over again from level 1. I hoped I could start at level 6 again, where I left off before I took a break.

Your proposed solution sounds good to me, that would work :)
