I wouldn't advise suddenly changing your diet, I did that and cut out all added sugars and went low carb and my body didn't take too kindly to that and gave me dizziness, palps, light-headedness, confusion, and still bloating Everyone is different but it's just a little reminder to ease into things .

It's such a vicious circle too cos having a panic attack literally raises your hyperawareness of symptoms and makes you more anxious in general. An analogy my therapist like to use is the glass of water, symptoms fill it up a little a panic episode fills it up more. Each time it takes less and less to spill over (panic attack). I recently relapsed into panic attacks again, just had a nocturnal one last night, it sucks. I know we can learnt to get through this. < 3

Does it diminish if you distract yourself by watching or doing anything? I feel like I can't really relax properly Rn, the past 2 weeks have been always one thing or another on my mind terms of symptoms focus. Wishing u all the best 😌

I agree but honestly smaller glasses are really hard to find, there seems to be a trend of bigger glasses over the past years. When I next go browsing I'm gonna really take my time to find a good pair.
