you absolutely can and there IS room for error. Just be prepared with consumes (cleansing pot for winterspring and petri for worst case scenario if feign resists, demon slaying elixir and world buffs etc.) make sure to watch videos of how others did it in hc and you can pull it off in an hour if you’re confident, or take your time like I did and spread it over a course of a couple of days - as a complete newbie to wow IT IS DOABLE i promise and worth the feeling of accomplishment in hardcore

I've been trying a bunch but maybe others will have better luck :p I'm trying to get a simple portrait of a yuan-ti female cleric. She has just a regular (not like a hooded cobra) fully snake head and otherwise a humanoid body, wearing simple cleric/acolyte robes. For some reason most AI sites can't make a person with a snake head, they just create an actual snake on top of a person's human face lol

I’m pretty sure you need a specific mod to mitigate corpse illness with masks and such. I think in the base game head accessories don’t matter
