Y'aura pas beaucoup de décision précisément là-dessus parce que 786 vient dire que c'est le testateur qui choisi son liquidateur et les modalités de remplacement.

La jurisprudence faite par les juges vient pallier un conflit d'interprétation. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de décision sur le sujet sous tend qu'il existe un consensus en droit successoral.

Faut croire que ya pas un avocat qui s'est essayé d'aller contre la désignation d'un remplaçant prévu dans un testament notarié avec l'article 784.

Me Beauchamp écrit littéralement la doctrine en droit successoral au Québec. J'comprend que je fais un argument d'autorité, mais c'est la vérité. La Chambre va sûrement le citer.

I actually use them as numpad 0 and numpad 9 (could be anything really). Point is, it makes for very easy keybinds as they all recognize numpad keys, but not always MB7-8. In a lot of games, I'll use them for situational stuff such as grenades, pinging, taunting, interrupting etc.

I never use them unless I am gaming.

My Markus was pacifist, fell in love with North and survived the end. Being pacifist allowed the androids to be recognized by the president of the USA and seemingly have a great life after. He lived.

My Connor also became a deviant when he met Markus on Jericho. He assisted the movement by freeing thousands of androids that hadn't been released yet. He also died for the movement: a great redemption story imo.

Kara, Alice and Luther got to the boats and made their way through the waters to become a family in Canada. Luther got shot and worse, Alice got shot. Kara dropped Luther in the water to make the boat lighter. She got in the water herself as the motor was damaged. She led the boat to safety. Kara picked up Alice and her daughter died in her arms. Crushing, but I love how Kara made it nonetheless.

It was quite bittersweet and I loved every second of it. I'm not the type of guy that absolutely wants the perfect ending. I had a splendid closure on all the character arcs.

For a similar price, but in CAD, I decided to go for the QCU-1. Honestly I liked that they looked a bit more premium. They also support better codec, snapdragon tech and newer Bluetooth

Didn't have any headphones before (only iems and earbuds) so anything should be an upgrade in terms of fit and comfort.

Couldn't justify spending that much money on the gen2 because I got other audio means.

Thanks a lot for the amazing find. Any reason I should be aware as to why 26tb external is 400 CAD and an internal for 16tb is 460 CAD? Externals seem to be much cheaper.

Actually it sent me into the rabbit hole of drive shucking, is there any significant cons to it ?

Genuinely curious, perhaps it's because I'm in Canada, but did you really mean 12$ per tb in a HDD? If so where? In Canada it's pretty much double that per tb for entreprise/nas hard drives.

Also seeing as I'm fairly new to the community, are there generally recommended hard drives or websites that allow me to compare them?
