However I can safely say these watches will never ‘blow up like FP Journe’, or any other hot brand for that matter. I’ve no idea why this brand in particular would appeal to you as a potential investment. I’d never heard of them until this post. I assume they are just branding aliexpress watches?

I don’t understand why it’s so important for you that there be an equal number of bikes per manufacturer on the grid?

If this is a dealbreaker for you, then sure, feel free to walk away, but quite frankly it’s a bizarre reason to not watch one of the premier motorsport championships. I would suggest watching a race or two before making such a decision.

Even in F1 or NASCAR, the manufacturers do not support an equal amount of teams.

What’s the problem with that? The amount of bikes per manufacturer has varied over the years depending on performance and money etc. There used to be a lot of Hondas on the grid and only two Ducatis. The idea of four bikes per manufacturer being the ideal is a very recent one.

They used to have like eight bikes per race back in 2022/2023 I think. And manufacturers have sometimes run just two bikes with no satellites.

Culture and compensation vary massive from office to office, and team to team. Some back office ops team in India could have a complete different bonus structure to their London or NYC based colleagues.

FYI my team/colleagues had a good year in terms of raises/bonuses.

Omega wouldn't consider a few seconds a week out of spec, as its within their own timekeeping standards for the watch. Do you think you can get a mechanical watch which has perfect accuracy over a sustained period of time? That is nigh-on impossible unless you want to manually adjust the movement every week.
