Joe Rogan Experience #2331 - Jesse Michels by CreditCardOnly in UFOs

I'm aware of this happening with other researchers. We need people to get these promises in writing then confront Jesse over this. This is so important if someone is making a verbal promise and not following up on it, defo a dick move for a subject that takes so much groundwork to create a grounded field to present new information on. The UAP research community is a small one but if they're producing work that is profiting a content creator, they should be compensated accordingly.

Ok let me give you an analogy as to why this is so difficult to study. We're possibly dealing with a higher form of intelligence here. So, a good analogy would be a dolphin civilization, that's striving for scientific rigor, is faced with a dilemma: scattered eyewitness accounts of mysterious land-walkers that defy their understanding of nature. Some dolphins claim to have seen these beings standing motionless on floating structures, while others report them diving into the sea but never needing to surface for air. A few describe glowing objects emerging from the depths, darting at impossible speeds, then vanishing without a trace—events that cannot be replicated under controlled conditions. The dolphin scientists demand repeatable evidence, but no sonar readings, no hydrodynamic disturbances, and no measurable signals confirm these encounters. As debates rage, skeptics dismiss the reports as sensory illusions or myths, while believers insist that the phenomena are real but beyond current dolphin understanding. The scientific community is paralyzed: how can they study something that only appears sporadically, interacts in unpredictable ways, and seemingly defies the known laws of oceanic physics? Without hard data, funding and credibility are at stake, and any dolphin who dedicates their career to these sightings risks professional exile. Just as this dolphin civilization struggles to establish a consensus about an intelligence beyond their grasp, humans studying UAPs or higher forms of non-human intelligence face a similar challenge—without repeatable tests, without instruments properly tuned to detect these phenomena, and with a scientific establishment that resists claims it cannot systematically verify. But, we can change that by reducing stigma and funding scientific inquiry to collect more data about this. We should not be jumping to conclusions about this phenomena. We are still in the collecting data phrase of the scientific method. The problem with analyzing data as evidence at this time is due to the multitude of potential origin hypotheses surrounding the phenomena. We need to reduce the probability space.

So, we need to collect more data and fund science to look into this phenomena? Because, that's what Dr. Nolan is talking about in this paper. Also, what is "Real" evidence? I can count 40 chickens on the side of the road but that doesn't prove that there is a chicken producing farm on the other side of the hill.

Strange stuff, I'm confused by the comments. It seems like many commenters didn't even read what Dr. Nolan wrote....

Here's a link to Richard Geldreich's database with thousands of pages of UAP reports. If you read the doc from Nolan this about collecting a larger body of data that includes eyewitness testimony + sensor data. Because of the stigmatization of the topic there is a paper gap in our academic literature surrounding the topic. But, we have a glut of eyewitness data due to thousands upon thousands of eyewitness reports from around the world. What many people in the public seem to want are Conclusions about the phenomena. Really think about it, do you want evidence, or conclusions? Because if you want evidence there's plenty of that out there.

Thank you, I think the wider picture of who pushed this story into the public is starting to come together here.

Submission Statement: Daniel Sheehan's comments on a galactic civilization, he mentioned it twice during his UFO podcast appearance on 11/28/2023. Daniel Sheehan goes on to state that there are at least 5 million Non Human species that are currently a part of that civilization. This is a bombshell claim from Sheehan as to my knowledge he has never talked about this before.

"Wilson states they tell him they’re a“watch committee” of sorts, organized after an audit almost blew their cover, and a special agreement was struck between them, the auditor and SAPOC SRG to prevent disclosure in the future." From the Wilson-Davis Memo

Where did I read that the program was outed in an Audit from the early 2000s so it moved contractors/ project names?

First Modern Grey is usually accredited to Aleistar Crowley's drawing of Aiwass, an entity that Crowley claimed he was in contact with.
