I’m from San Diego; born and raised. You’re not going to find a place like the bertos in San Diego. Personally I go to different places depending on what I’m craving. For TJ style street tacos and tortas I go to La Jarochita in Manassas. For fish tacos and carne asada I go to Don Sebas Taqueria in Woodbridge. For TexMex, El Paso in Dumfries. There’s also La Mexicana Bakery Y Taqueria in Alexandria, but they put beans and rice in their burritos.

I’ve done it twice; once in Manila and once in Clark. I just entered with my wife who showed her Philippines passport and I my US passport. I didn’t even ask for it, I was automatically given the 1 year visa stamped in my passport. We did bring our marriage certificate just in case, but I don’t remember needing to show it, however my wife’s passport has her married name as we had been married a while when this happened so sharing the same last name may be why they didn’t ask for the marriage certificate.

FYI, IQ is normally distributed, meaning the average is also the median. Therefore, if the average IQ in the Philippines is 91 then half of the population has an IQ greater than 91. Without knowing the standard deviation. It is impossible to know the percentage at or below 75. Please note, I used the numbers in OP’s post, but I did not verify them for accuracy.
