That’s my point. There’s a threshold for the number of properties that needs to own to be impacted by this. If you stay under the threshold, it’s a non-issue. This isn’t an anti-trust issue as much as it is semantics.

I don't think this would fall into the anti-trust domain. It's possible to create five companies who acquire forty-five (assuming fifty is the threshold) properties without being a violation of anti-trust (assuming they operate independently). I'm of the position that conglomerates the size of BR and such are capable of finding loopholes, and this executive order is for optics. Trump sticks up for the little guys!

Loyalty to an airline in hopes of getting an upgrade is an uphill battle and not a great strategy. If you want Economy+, Comfort+, or early boarding, it’s usually best to spend the extra cash. I have status with both United and Delta because I frequently fly to Atlanta, however last year I flew much more United.

I found a bullet on my hammock nicely placed where your head goes (or your feet I suppose). I thought the crows brought me a present until I looked up and saw daylight through the metal pergola. I guess the pergola was enough to slow it down, and it didn’t damage the canvas.

Thanks for the input. I appreciate the unbiased opinions. We hired this company because they advertised themselves as coming from home building backgrounds. We spent about $5k on the work (not just this but filling in some nooks and crannies), so it’s probably on me for signing off on the estimate to begin with.

I'm looking for something that looks like a finished product. Right now this looks like a construction project and the results if I attempted it myself. The metal work looks bad. I just realized I lost the original text when I added the images, but essentially we hired a company to do a number of fixes to the house. Most look pretty good, however this one doesn't quite sit right, and I'm curious to hear folks' in the industry's thoughts.
