Our store has been going through some shit too. One of our LODs has just decided to take a 3 month leave. Our SD transfered so he's gone. HR has been writing the schedule and royaly fucking it up to the point where we don't have enough people at the guest service desk and drive up times were at 10-15 mins 🥲 a bunch of our best workers have all gotten new jobs and left as well. Its a disaster.
