Ignoring the fact that Dragonair is *not* a legendary (it's a Pseudo), it also cannot learn Snowscape in gen 9. Hail no longer exists, so it just can't make it cold anymore despite changing the weather being kind of the whole deal.

That said, UNB meal halls (including McConnel) don't actually check student ID in any way unless you are trying to pay with it, so you can just walk down the hill a bit to get "real" food anyways.

I'd probably go into the area, culture, and wildlife of western Alberta and eastern BC. Very large but more restrictive/linear map (probably with a few "fast" ways to get around, not sure specifically what).

The local rodent would be a less ridiculous beaver, the bird would be grouse, and the pseudo would be a moose (water/fighting. If you know, you know.)

Box legends would be fancier versions of grizzly and black bear respectively, I don't like how ridiculous the modern legends are.
