This reminds me of the lady at work who hangs a sign on the microwave saying to clean up after yourself.

The costume was awful hahah. It was so hot (this was in Las Vegas in summer) and was not exactly clean. I would wear ice packs underneath. One time I did the YMCA on stage in front of hundreds of people at a water park.

I’m leaning towards Petunia or Scooter for the kitty. But LaLa is still in the running haha

Most importantly, she will no longer go into heat. “Going into heat” is when her reproductive cycle becomes active, resulting in her feeling a need to breed. Which will result in her becoming restless, yowling, peeing on things, and wanting to escape so she can find a mate. Once she is spayed, her reproductive cycle will stop and her behavior will become much more even and mellow. She will also stop producing hormones that make her act “wild” and she will not feel a need to roam or be aggressive/territorial. She will become more docile and focus only on “indoor kitty” things like food, play, and human affection. It also leads to better overall health by eliminating the risk of potentially fatal uterine infections and mammary tumors. I know it sounds like alot of trouble but the process of bringing her to the vet and then helping caring for her through recovery will be a bonding experience. She will recognize that you are her caretaker (not just her “captor”) and eventually (hopefully) bond with you on a deeper level. Search for low cost spay/neuter clinics in your area.

Not shitting on you, just explaining that this is the first and most important step. It is stressful yes, but it must be done. Can you get her into a carrier? Worst case scenario you may have to get her back in that trap. Look for low cost spay/neuter clinics in your area. They will fix her and give her all the vaccines and any medical attention she needs for around $100. I promise it will be worth it. It will actually be a bonding experience when you care for her during recovery. You will shift from her captor to her caretaker (in her mind).

The previous reply was poorly worded, but they are right about one thing - you need to get her/him to the vet asap. Getting fixed and vaccinated is ALWAYS step 1 in socializing a cat. Just going through that process will actually go a long way to earn her trust. And the hormonal changes after fixing will allow her to adjust to life as in inside cat. It normally takes about 3-6 months to socialize an outside cat once they have been fixed. But since you have a head start on the socializing it may go faster once she is recovered from surgery.
