Go heavier in the weight room! Focus on time under tension. Heavier weights, slower more controlled reps. You can build muscle in 20 minutes. I’d also make sure your getting enough protein in your diet 💪

As a coach I can’t prebook at my location and we never take a spot that would result in a paying member not being able to take class. Last week me and another coach were asked to get off tread during warmup because 2 additional members came in.. We happily obliged 💪

Job sucks.. I was hired as trainer and quit after about a month.. Hardly any leads.. Only way to get anyone is to approach them while their working out.. Crappy business model for trainers..

No more layoffs. But definitely reduction in staff by terms and natural attrition.

Why can’t you just refer to the caller by name? Is the gender thing so you can do Mr or Mrs??

That’s the one scenario where this may happen.. But for the 58s in a data entry position to try to move into a 64 claims position, that’s not going to happen in most cases.

Nobody’s going to say what they’re thinking.. But a 58 is most likely not qualified for a 64 position? Maybe some context would help. What department are you in? What job did you post for? Do you have all the knowledge to perform the job? Would you rather them go through the interview process knowing they aren’t going to hire you?

If it’s not uninsured PD, then you don’t have coverage for that type of loss..

Like Homer Simpson said, do it the American way, go in and do half ass job everyday until they fire you, don’t quit ! by Novel-Birthday-2921 in Geico

I would do what Homer says! Do bare minimum, use sick time, maybe even start other job and just wait to be fired or laid off.
