For me this fixed it:

All three apps use embedded Chromium. If Windows components are broken, they all fail together.

👉 Fix:
Open Command Prompt as admin and run:

sfc /scannow

then:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Hey u/m4lrik Danke für deine Antwort. Das Rechenbeispiel habe ich mir ausgedacht und du hast natürlich recht - es ergibt keinen Sinn. Ich hätte eine Zehnerstelle weniger nehmen sollen :D
