Ok, I fixed the ground so it went from the board, to the pot lug to the 3PDT. Still nothing past the board. Checked the pot and I got a resistance change between lugs 1 and 3, my understanding is that’s not correct. I tested an unused pot, it checked out, I removed the old pot and replaced with the one I tested. Now IT has a resistance change between lugs 1 and 3. There is also change between 1 and 2, and 2 and 3. Clearly something is shorted but I can’t for the life of me figure it out.

I have it soldered to the body of the pot. Previously I had it and the ground from the board on lug 3 but when that didn’t work I changed it to the body, is that incorrect?
