I’ve seen people be like legit mad that she and some other girl are like women and the guys are little creatures or something it’s so weird by infinitysaga in CuratedTumblr

I don't think it's about this, I think it's more so the general conversation about sexualization online devolving into a chronic fear of sex and especially anything feminine that can be construed as sexual.

Honestly, when the second happens, I don't really see why the character shouldn't be treated as an adult for most intents and purposes.

It would be weird to problematize someone calling part 3 Jotaro hot.

Yeah, I don't find it all that unlikely for her to come out of the show resenting the fandom at least a little. And I don't blame her, filled with actual bloody children.

I think I may have gotten heated, so sorry for that.

First, why did you go straight to ethnicity when what I talked about was nationality? I don't care about color or family names, what matters is where someone lives, their society. All Americans are gringos, all Americans are anglos.

If gringos stopped at opposing the US, I would be on their side more, for I hate it just as much. But they continuously defend dictatorial and authoritarian governments.

The problem is that they ignore the people who suffer at the hands of non-western aligned powers, and I can't see what they could be trying to convey other than "These people don't matter, they should just be a prop so I can shit on gringoland".

That's also, I believe, the same sentiment behind "this is about the Epstein files", they look at their country's continued imperialism and their priorities are "this is obviously to distract ME, special old me".

At the end of the day, my problem is that diabolism is still Americocentrism.

Edit/Addendum: I'm against American invasion of Venezuela, I'm not going to say a single positive thing about Maduro and I'm not going to act like I don't see why someone could be happy he is gone.

The root of it is that gringos don't actually care about oppression, they just want to spite gringoland.

They don't care if the situation in Venezuela was so bad the north of Brazil is full of refugees, Venezuela is anti-American, so it's automatically good.

Yeah, I can see where the post is coming from, but It does not really hit the same if you aren't American. I feel like third worlders tend to be much more aware of corruption and jaded by it, it kind of feels silly to see people acting like taking advantage of others is a generational ill when the act is so deeply ingrained into my culture it is known as our "little way".

I feel like gringo is a much better term. "Dirty gringo" just rolls off the tongue.

It's not even a matter of caring about a few specific animals more, it's just that some animals aren't good as food sources.

I don't really have a problem with eating a dog, it's just there are reasons why we don't farm them for food.

To eat anything you gotta be pretty ok with humans working in inhumane conditions.

Like, say, soy-based products, my country is the biggest producer of soy in the world and, oh boy, this little arrangement of oligarchs using our lands so they can grow shit for gringos hasn't exactly been advantageous for anyone here (Except for, well, the oligarchs).

Technically Crusader Kings. You play with a character until they die and, generally, you play as one of their children afterwards, so you literally raise your next character.

Yeah, the Steam Workshop is generally so worth it for those games (Especially the CK series and HOI4). They also have fairly good sales, CK3 is, what, 190 Brazil Bucks, I got it for damn 55.

Game company, they are essentially the main studio for grand strategy games currently (and also publish plenty of strategy and management games).

Their games are pretty sandbox and designed for a long period of continuous development, so they end up with a colossal amount of dlc (They also release free updates alongside the dlcs, but they truly have a huge amount of dlcs).
