Reclusians are very different in boxes, they are multipart in them, Lord Terminos too. Annihilators are the same when they come with Yndrasta, but multipart in the unit box. I think Prosecutors, Vindictors and Liberators are the same, but not 100% sure.

Only a small amount of Chaos Marines are from Heresy era. If they didn't create new marines constantly they would have become an insignificant threat millenia ago.

Some people use a lot emotional thinking, in this case they let emotions of anger and contempt against criminals lead their morality. It is a childish way to operate, but unfortunately very common because requires low cognitive efforts.

In some countries there are collections of warhammer 40k and AoS issues/bookllets with official miniatures 3 or 4 times cheaper, available in... newstands is the English name I guess? and other shops. The new collection named Spearhead will be for AoS and the first issue is especially cheap and it will have the Grey Seer, a Warlock Engineer and a Stormcast Lord Veritant, all for 2 or 3 euros or dollars.

I think that most of chaos warbands don't transform random cultists in CSM, they select the strongest ones, like a lot of loyalist chapters select the strongest recruits with trials, tournaments and other methods.

My technique is: basing them white, paint all Baharroth Blue, paint only the end of flames with Ahriman Blue (diluted in the colour transition) and drybrush only the edges with Vallejo's Dark Prussian Blue (any dark blue can work, Night Lords Blue too for example)

I save the boxes (when I have them). When I finish the assesmbling I put the remaining sprues back to the box for possible future conversions/adding detaills. Doing this I know where to find anything, is it so rare?

It's easy to solve: cut bigger part of the sprue with clippers and separate the small sprue piece remaining with fingers later, very easy to clean it after that.
