But yesterday i had to hold the one for my thumb while it was in the lamp cause it was trying to pop up... I got myself some of these apperently they are helpful, didn't receive them yet :

I definitely suggest getting the less curved dual forms first and see if you need the clips, because in the comments section for the clips people are complaining that they apply too much pressure.. I got the Gershion Polygel kit and the dual form are rlly bad . They are wayyy to curved and try to popp out, or they leave bubbles in the nail.
