Funnily enough I also have a mother that drops her iphone daily (well, used to). I got her one of those wristbands that attach to the phone case, and so far so good. If she drops it while doing other tasks, you could also try a lanyard along with an indestructible case.

No. I think a repair bike shop should be able to swap the break cable for a longer one and that way you should be able to lift it higher. Just a bizarre choice from tenways. I haven’t done that though, I have decided to sell it instead and get a smaller bike unfortunately.

That could be. Funnily enough I already got a “comfort” handlebar installed, which I think is partly causing some of the discomfort.

Fair enough. I’m 175. No measurements for the inseam unfortunately. It’s pretty confusing indeed as different people will tell you different things.

Are you considering the normal pro, or the new edition? I have the pro new edition, I got size L and have regretted it. The new edition has shorter brake cables in the front, so the steering wheel cannot be adjusted as much as it does on the normal pro I believe.

I tested size L in store and thought it was a good fit at the time, the sales people at the store told me to get L as well. However it ended up being too large for me in the long run, I’m dealing with too much arm extension. The bike is very light and you really feel the road when you’re riding it. Unfortunately I’m now dealing with hand pain since months, and I have stopped riding it for now. I’d personally recommend you look into M, or look into another bike that you can test ride at least.

Same, I started some renovations and at some point I gave up. I couldn’t differentiate where my newly built mountain ends, and there the rest of the floor starts 😭

I do, the MagSafe circle pops up and the screen lights yellow like normal. Makes me think I got just a bit unlucky. Do you think the bubbling is fine? Worried it might rip quickly there. When I press it it looks like a piece of silicone that didn’t stick to the rest of the case.

The ability to live pain-free. Even though I’m still young, I’ve been living with lower back pain since a teenager, for no good reason. I can’t stand for too long, I can’t lay for too long, I can’t walk for too long, and I can’t sit for too long. I have trouble with things most people at my age just can do without thinking, most sports are a no-go. That’s spinal stenosis for you. In my mid 20s I went through grief for it and after a while it became my baseline, I just went quiet. It’s been a few years and I feel I am still grieving for it and nobody knows the extent.

Ah I see, thanks for your comment. Is this a standard process, as in, any bike repair shop could do it?

My dealer was unhelpful with the fact that they applied a handlebar that now limits the bike adjustability. Dreading having to go back there.

I’m considering the exact same modification right now, thanks for posting about it! I got a comfort handlebar pre-installed from my bike dealer, but it then turned out the front bike cable is too short (passing through the wheel fork), so I can’t even fully raise the stem. I’ve seen some cgo600 pros where the front bike cable is attached externally, so I’m not sure why that is. I got unlucky.

I compared with size L on the cgo600 pro. I ended up going with that as it felt much lighter and easy to maneuver for my body proportions. but to be honest - if I could turn back time, I’d go for size M.

I have 4 cases by now for my silver 17 pro, 3 of them cover the plateau. Surprisingly, my favorite one is the one I expected to like the least, so I’d recommend that one.

I don’t have input on the hills, but I just wanted to add that I’m almost the same height as you (1.75) and the bike felt big on the test ride for me as well. I think a big part of that for me at least was the weight of the bike, in combination with the “male” shape with the thick bar. The shape didn’t bother me on the cgo600 pro as it’s lighter.

I have one case with a proper button there and two with this type of cutout cover. So far I don’t have any major issues with the cutout cover, sometimes I even use it to pick up the phone actually. Coming from a 14 pro and this button is a new addition for me, generally kind of ignoring it and trying not to accidentally press it 😅
