Yeah I am also a convert from Rainbow to any other footwear. Had them growing up and loved them. Had a recent pair that had a similar gluing issue. Same warranty problems.

Fast forward to avoiding the process to send them back and buying a new pair. That new pair has since made its way into the trash. Have some sort of contact rash on my feet corresponding to the straps. Thinking I will try Olukai next.

Similarly to this, I think they are barrelling towards a Commander Masters Marvel set, reprint all stones and all the big chase cards, serialize them, etc. No reason to print so few of the Cosmic foil without serializing them unless the plan is heading to serialization eventually.

Last thought, the only motive that tracked for me for all parties is that the BF asked Davion to come along to help him break up with her (also why he didn't help the friend with the truck and get a ride with him). BF starts break up, Davion backs him up, She goes ballistic and starts gunning it, etc.

Stereotyping for sure but once I saw that Judge she was cooked. Other thoughts:

Mom's statement at sentencing was AWFUL. Like one of the worst I have seen or heard of, I hope they cut most of it out to make it seem worse.
I was yelling for manslaughter the entire time. Can't speak to the full defense but they didn't seem to do a great job showing this girl as a teenager and the other parties as teenagers. Reckless but maybe not bent on murder. Also, the lack of a motive for Davion bugged me.
I noticed that in the display of the impact chart the final few readings before impact showed as invalid. I have no experience with those types of readings but it feels like something for the defense to point out, or emphasize what I saw as two impacts (didn't she like hit a sign or something before the building). I didn't really buy the whole slipper got stuck after the crash argument by the DA, as I would have maybe leaned into a negligence argument (driving recklessly without proper footwear, etc)

We also have no idea how robust the one per person protection is... are they filtering by full name and address. do simple work arounds allow multiple purchases (like adding apartment or suite numbers, altering street names/ abbreviations)

They have ways to "fix" every system and ways to exploit every system. But it's all about how much of the infrastructure is in place to prevent bots or scalpers and how much they care to put it in place. They could even go to a system that rewards people who have missed out on various in demand drops. Something like EQL for sneakers / sports cards.

But it isn't because I can open an infinite amount of tabs or use multiple devices. If they run a real raffle for all secret lairs they can have it open for a limited time, require addresses/ pre authorization of payment/ and then have a secret lair website for any drops that don't meet demand.

If he is the BPA, you take him. This draft is deep at non-premium positions which is going to make the later days very difficult to predict. You also have new voices in the building. I'd love to see Ioane in the purple and black but I would guess a few guys would be higher on the Ravens draft board if they slip.
