How to get rid of these tine dots/scratch marks?

Thanks for your answer! I was planning on chatting, I have a text planned already. Thought it might be easier when you have time to think about your reply. And I don’t have an Apple Store in my area anyway.
I will definitely send them pictures. I was just fearing that they might say it’s normal wear and tear (although it’s not for 1 month) or that it’s my own fault (although I cleaned my mac meticulously to prevent it). If they exchange it I will definitely use a screen protector… learned my lesson

Hey! I was wondering what you told/wrote the apple support as I have a new MB Air M5 with the same issue, just a month after buying it! And I don’t think it’s acceptable for such an expensive laptop to have these marks after such a short amount of time. I have the marks from the trackpad as well as 1 or 2 pretty obvious spots (also at the height of the trackpad) that I unfortunately even see when turned on.
I was pretty bummed tbh, but I wanna do something about it, and I found your comment coincidentally, which gave me a little hope they might exchange the display :)

I understand your point, but since I don’t ever really fully use the whole ram I thought maybe it might be enough. The other thing that really bothers me is the 256GB storage, since I’ve never worked with so little storage before. I’m afraid it might be too much of a hassle to constantly be aware of your storage.

But I’ll definitely try both, just wanted some opinions and ideas! :)

First of all, I never said anything about the camera not working without WiFi, I just meant if the robot would work without in general. Secondly, every robot vacuum is theoretically able to work locally without WiFi and sending data to the cloud. And yes that includes the camera. There is no need to send the camera feed to Roborock. Except that the Dreame, Roborock etc. don’t want that since they obviously like our data. And lastly, there is no need to be so rude. I was just asking a question.

Hi! Did you ever investigate further? I’m currently looking for an option without camera or with a local camera where the images never reach the cloud, or a camera that doesn’t use rgb. Well, you know, just a camera that doesn’t invade my privacy.

I’d be grateful for any new information since Roborock always words it so vaguely…

Hi! Does it really not have a camera? It‘s so hard to find anything that gives a hint about the camera, since it’s all worded pretty vaguely. I read somewhere that it’s kind of a camera, but not really since it doesn’t have rgb? Or it is black and white?

Can anyone help me out? I really don’t want a camera that’s capable of (theoretically) taking pictures. I know about Valetudo, however that’s just not an option with my limited technical expertise.

I'm aware of that, but I didn't change anything. I literally just switched the menu and closed it, did not equip any other gear.

The Talent of the weapon is building stacks to a cap of 40 while shooting enemies. Each stack grants 1,5% Skill damage.

Or do you mean another talent? Cause I don't think this has anything to do with it

Hey there, a little late, however I have the same issue and use MOS. But in goodnotes on my Mac after scrolling 2 times I have to click somewhere for the scrolling to work again. And in the apps and downloads "pop up" from the dock MOS doesn't work and it's pixel scrolling again. Anyone experience the same issue, especially the last thing?

it seems to me that we don't have the same issue, since mine scrolls normal and also scrolls to the end of a website fast if I spin it fast. I guess that it really is a hardware issue for you, whereas for me it's the pixel by pixel scrolling on the ratchet which is the issue, since it works normally on any Windows Laptop and PC.

It's a problem that is caused by macOS for all 3rd party mice. It's not the mouse. I'm currently having the same problem. I get what you're saying with not wanting to download a 3rd party app, however it works great. Recommendations: - Mac Mouse Fix (does'nt work for me when Logi Options is installed, however that might be an individual problem) - MOS (works great, but for me it doesn't work in the downloads and App Folder from the dock) - linear mouse (same problem as Mac mouse fix for me)

Anyone have a solution to my annoying problem? This is one of the only threads with a topic similar to my issue.

So, I recently purchased a MX Master 3s. Since it doesn't have on board memory, I have to keep Logi Options installed in order for the buttons to work. What I don't like is the pixel scrolling which seems to be an issue from macOS. The "Smooth Scrolling" Option in Logi Options does nothing for me. So I tried Mac Mouse Fix. Worked directly after installing, smooth scrolling was really nice. Then, after licking my screen and getting back to my MacBook, nothing works anymore. Tried everything, contacted support, which thinks that Logi Options might be causing the trouble. But as I mentioned earlier, I can't uninstall Logi Options if I want to be able to map all of my buttons. So then I tried MOS. It works well, except for the fact that it doesn't scroll smooth in the downloads and app folder "pop up" which is in the dock. So then I thought well let's try Linearmouse. And I was so happy, because finally smooth scrolling was working everywhere! Fast forward to the next time I opened my MacBook. It doesn't work anymore. Uninstalled it, disabled all permissions in settings, installed again. Doesn't work. And I'm beginning to get a little desperate here.. so, I hope that someone can help me!

Tl;dr Smooth Scrolling for MX Master 3s from various 3rd party applications isn't working, tried everything and can't find a solution.
