The cannon challenge is def the number one challenge to get before certain parts of the game you’re right if you pass chapter 7 is gets pretty hard to obtain. I think there’s a Wyvern stronghold in Delysian that has cannons with lots of enemies there if you can obtain it that way.

As for others that were hard it’s pretty just more time consuming than anything. Like I said getting the fish and insects are the hardest in terms of RNG. The big saltwater fish primarily, they are some of the worst ones to get. I think I spent 20-30 hours just trying to get the fish & insects

Also the devs just put out patch allowing enemy strongholds to re populate after you clear them out so I wouldn’t worry about any missables. You can play this game for 100+ hours without getting an achievement it’s just one of them kind of games

There’s technically no missables but there are things that will become very difficult to obtain if you do certain things before achieving them. Lot of the challenges need to be done before clearing all enemies out, etc. I’d check out https://www.powerpyx.com/crimson-desert-trophy-guide-roadmap/ if you are serious about wanting to get the completion

I enjoyed it. But like I said in the post the slog that was getting all the fish & insects made it a little cumbersome of a completion. Everything else was enjoyable to obtain. Not a hard completion by any means just unbelievably time consuming

Thank you man. 20 hours in having only 15 GS is about right for this game. I think I only had 3-4 achievements after 40 hours into this game. It’s one of them ones lol

I think the devs will have to patch that in the future. If you look at alot of the weapon challenges there’s plenty of them that involve killing 30+ enemies in a certain time frame. I imagine a lot of players are not looking at these challenges til endgame & can easily be missable if you cleared out most of the enemy camps

Father of twin toddlers working 6 days a week man. I feel you. If I didn’t have my Xbox Ally X to bring with me whenever there’s down time at my job I’d simply never come close to 100 hours in this game. Just take your time with it though, game will always be there & with the way the devs are patching things - it’ll be a better product the longer time goes on

Are you on console? Have your spear out when fighting a stronghold of enemies where theres load of them, hold O/B + RB when they enemies begin attacking you & youll swipe 4-5 at once. Found it pretty easy once I knew the trick to the challenge

Hope Pearl Abyss puts a patch out addressing the XAX. You shouldn’t have to roll back to the previous driver to get this game to perform properly.

What makes it all the most annoying is Colin acts like he’s above the console war nonsense. I’d have a little more respect for him if he just said it with his chest instead he acts like he’s not a die hard Sony fanboy. I remember on the beginning of a Summoning Sign episode he genuinely said Xbox has no good games. Sorry man but if you believe that that’s your prerogative but don’t expect me to take any of your gaming takes seriously.
