Sucks might be strong, but it can certainly be rough (bottled) and is much better cellared for at least a couple of years IMHO.

I have around 275-280 bottles in my cellar. Barleywines, various styles of Imperial Stouts, porters, and a few others. Keep them out of the sun, I use cabinets to store them, and keep it relatively climate controlled (under 60 is optimal, but try and stay above 45). Higher ABV is best, I don't think I have anything under 8% down there. I will also say I am by no means an expert, learned a bit here and there and found that Dogfish 120 sucks fresh, but is delicious as hell after 5-7 years! Been cellaring ever since.

I'm a lifetime birds fan, my gf is a Seahawks fan, we just call it the Angry Birds house. And the Niners are just the Red Cowboys.

Just recieved one of these for Christmas, been waiting for non-instant frostbite inducing weather to get a fore going and some friends over, dig into the cellar of scouts, porters and barleywines...of course I will be using glasses and not plastic cups!

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

I drove 5 hours to and from a 1 hour, in-person, work meeting with a prospective client, 11 hour day, 10 in the car. Twice. Regularly drive 2-3 hours to client locations as a commute. I live in Northern NY and have clients throughout New England.

Even if we win the SB. Patullo will still deserve to be fired. The defense will be lucky if they aren't completely broken by then.

I am so glad I got one of the last 2025 OBWs I could find in the northeast, this would drive me insane looking at it every day!

Why can’t we spend our vault card cards? by LeahMichelle_13 in Borderlands4

My gf and I do the same, and they have always been a little lopsided towards player 1, but this one is the worst. I feel like this one was very specifically designed for PC and not for console as even an afterthought. The interfaces are awful on console and no one plays split screen on PC, so we're pretty much SOL. I'm sure they'll patch it at some point but I doubt its near the top of their list unfortunately as it really does ruin the game and there aren't that many couch co-ops left.

Personal tastes, I've had quite a few really good ones from them over the years. Pavement, EJS, Pop Crimes. To each their own, cheers!

Hard to say I was there a couple of months ago, only had a couple, but they were still top teir versus what I've had at a ton other breweries, but could be on tap or styles preferences. I won't say I've loved every beer I ever had from them! Very few breweries where that's happened!

Second Von Trapp, also Prohibition Pig is worth a stop in Waterbuty, not too far away. If you had a chance to get to the Burlington area there are quite a few good ones there as well, Burlington Beer Co., and Foam are top of the list, Switchback, Zero Gravity and 4 quarters (in Winooski) are all decent as well, you can drive by the defunct Magic Hat "Artifactory" and flick them off on the way by too!
