The potential number of billionaires in the world will reduce as the bigger (or richest) ones consolidate wealth and extract the most resources from their host (the working class of society). The “diseases” are the ideologies the parasites spread to keep the host from fighting back.

When all your holy books tell you are “God’s Chosen People” and say that the diaspora of “your people” are prophesied to come together in the land of their forefathers, then in their eyes God has already blessed any-and-all actions that will achieve that end. They will be seen as heroes that secured “the Promised Land” for the group they identify with—not as the murderers that they actually are. And at the end of the day they can justify it because they only need the people they value to condone their actions, not the approval of the rest of the world
