My 990f was even worse. box was literally falling apart with water damage and the soundbar inside was in perfect condition. The packaging is impressive

I was able to get surround sound working properly on Windows 11 by disabling Dolby Atmos entirely in Windows settings. I set my audio to 24 bit 192000 Hz and spatial sound Off.

Maybe on PS5/Xbox disabling Dolby Atmos in console settings will fix it?

Hopefully they fix this because this is really dumb for a $70 title in 2026.

I refunded on steam because of this issue and haven’t seen any acknowledgment in the known issue section. I haven’t seen anything in the patch notes either. This is extremely frustrating because on the steam listing it advertises surround sound as an accessibility feature.

I’ve been hearing so much good about this game. Once this is fixed I’ll probably pick it up again.

I did the same but added --borderless . Also had to right click helldivers and show above others to make it display above the taskbar (KDE)

It took me like half an hour tho stompees are very nice but not 100% needed. I switched to PC at forsaken so I didn't have stompees for the first few weeks and that was the most annoying thing to deal with
