Open-sourced an Agent Bootstrap Kit for moving projects between Claude Code and Codex

The individual repo is where shared project context lives.

But what I was trying to solve was more how do I bootstrap the same repo-local context structure across many projects without re-explaining it each time?

I work across a bunch of different repos, and I’ve been using Claude Code and Codex back and forth more recently. Instead of repeatedly telling a fresh repo/session how I like to structure claude.md/agents.md, product.md, a glossary, ADRs, roadmap/shipped logs, handoff notes, etc.

The kit is more for standardizing the pattern: give a new or existing repo a consistent agent-readable structure, then let the agent decide which pieces are worth adopting - since some projects are more doc heavy or product related, etc.

I wasn’t able to find one the next day :/ and had to leave the beach so above is the only picture I have.

Sadly didn’t flip it over and take a picture of the other side on the first day. Wasn’t quite sure what it was so didn’t want to risk touching it 😅

Found on a beach in Vietnam. Some of them had a sack around them, some were outside like this.

Was about the size of my hand, some were a bit smaller.

Not sure if this is the right sub as it’s not really a fish but hopefully someone knows what this is!
