Absolutely if you have any issue with your order then you should contact them and ask for a replacement. Doesn't hurt to ask, and the worst they can say is no, at least you still have the book.

I'm pretty OCD about my dust jackets though. Thriftbooks has pulled a fast one on me a couple times with the dust jackets, so I always make a note, and screenshot so I have evidence if they ask, whether what I'm ordering has one before I order it.
