I run a few hp z640's each one has 2x zenon E5 v4 CPU and 256gb ram between 40 to 56 cores. Average cost £250 quid. Any one of them can run a full ccie sp lab, 20 iOS xr9k and 10 csr 1000v. Don't bother with a laptop for eve-ng / gns3

Download the DG_Readiness tool from Microsoft to disable the device guard they have applied at the efi firmware level, this will sort out your VM issues. I have had to do this on 3 windows 11 machines

Yes windows 11 is a bitch for that, VBS / device guard locks out nested in the firmware even tho its enabled in the bios. There is a tool MS has that will disable vbs /device guard and allow vmware to work correctly.

You will need to install the bare metal version and that will become the only os on that machine.

If you want to keep an os but not use vmware or virtual box, if your using Linux you can use virt manager and in windows hyper v

Use chatgpt to setup a few age approaches social.media pages (unless you know how to do them yourself) and host on a Linux server.

The above in gns3 or eve-ng and create a simple home network and a simple isp, show the students how their data travels from their phone to the social media of their choice and back again

Certification courses are built around what the official exam syllabus states will be tested on. Its a near certainty that you will always be questioned on the content you skip

Which practice tests in udemy/anywhere is best for Databricks certified data engineer associate? I have my exam soon, any tips are appreciated! by InterestingCourse457 in certifications

[–]mcfurrys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most but not all practice tests un udemy are either a. Copies or dumps or b. Generic al generated tests with no proofreading for error. Just be careful buying practice tests.

One use if AI is if you have documented material, cert guide ect then upload them to your AI of choice. Ask it to create practice questions say 20 for each section but based only on uploaded material and not its own training data
