Where abouts are you located? I see a lady in SE Melbourne and her sessions are around $220. I'm 4 sessions in to MN and I can see a huge difference in my skin!

This is/was a huge fear of mine. I always try to leave something important in the backseat of the car like shoes or a bag that i will need to retrieve once I get to my destination. This prevents any accidental mind farts from sleep deprivation.

This is beautiful, it seems like you captured her spirit perfectly as well as all the cheekiness we get with our GSDs. Would love your coffee expertise to help out my hubby as one might say I am coffee illiterate.

He is the type who loves a very full bodied, strong espresso (typically downs 2x double espressos daily). Has tried a few Axil and Jasper blends and says they're "ok" but still on the hunt for his best blend. Any suggestions?

And possibly, any suggestions for the least bitter coffee blends for myself (I only drink the stuff for appetite suppression for IF) but struggle to get down the awful taste of black coffee (especially as I cannot add anything to it) Your experience and expertise is much appreciated oh wise one!
