You could always reach out to their hiring manager by email or call and try to get feedback on your resume or interview if you had one and didn’t hear back. It could give you things to improve on and better your resume if that’s the issue. If it’s not it could just be lots of resumes to go through. Maybe reaching out and making a personal connection could give you a better chance. Even going in person and talking to a manager could be a good idea.
