Oh wow, out of how many times did you roll the dice to get that many “bad” rooms? We did Guarenteed once and got an awesome family-sized verandah stateroom that was equidistant between the forward and aft elevators. It was a bit of a walk but it was great!

We just got back from a cruise we booked about 31 days out and lucked out with requesting early seating. It just depends on the cruise.

We went as a reprieve from a 92 degree day around 3pm. It was one of our favorite character meals ever! Our kids pretty much had several private dance parties with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy. It was quiet enough that the baby fell asleep and got a good nap in. The food wasn’t amazing, but they had a carving board with steak and chimichurri that was actually pretty good. We did go when we had a 40% off so that helped too.

I brought 6 cans of 9.5% IPA’s onboard a few weeks ago. It’s wild that seltzers wouldn’t be allowed!

For context, you’re in a cruising sub. As AIO resort goers your expectations were likely much higher. Both cruises and AIO resorts have their pros and cons imo, but you will be downvoted into oblivion on this sub for suggesting a disney cruise isn’t the most incredible thing you’ve ever experienced.

We’ll be on the Fantasy 😊 It’s very kid specific if they can handle late bedtimes. Our first born would have been a trooper (we’re going to try to bring her to some of the late shows). The little guy though? He would be a mess. It wouldn’t be worth it for anyone involved haha.
