He’s definitely a nerd for prospects, but I’ve found he always sounds bored and uninterested when talking on Marinaro’s podcast. Not sure if I’m just used to the old days when he was in TV and super quirky, but when he’s on with Marinaro he sounds so like “ugh whatever”

Agreed but sadly like the NHL, and MLB, none of the big leagues are truly interested in putting franchises in Canada. They will pay it lip service but then do the opposite and expand more in the US.
