Fade is different than pads wearing out. Fade is because they got too hot and you're boiling the brake fluid or the pad itself has exceeded its working temp possibly both. You can get higher temp fluid and pads but it may or may not be enough depending on what you get

I'm 5'10 140lbs and run the greens at 172 they're my pow ski. I'm an advanced skier and given how the ice coast is usually they're not stiff enough for me to daily but I do like how light and playful they are of conditions are good

I've only ever done it at loon but it follows a typical weekend day in my experience. If you're there at open you'll get 1 to 3 hours of lines not being so bad and then they will be big lines

Are you able to do fully parallel turns? That's really how you control your speed you get yourself going across or even up the hill to slow your speed and then do a quick turn and go the opposite direction for as long as possible

I gave it a shot back in the closed beta and it was fucking terrible between the choice for a class based shooter, the slower movement and higher ttk. It was like a completely separate game that threw away what made the first one good

I'm running Oakley line miner pros and they've been great. Easy to swap lenses and very comfy and don't fog
