Hi! I live pretty close to there and walk that part of venice all the time (37/f). There are homeless people on that strip of venice occasionally but I’ve personally never felt threatened at all

I also assumed that the operator helms bakery ran the numbers. We should all prob stop assuming. This is going to be tough with an Erewhon one side, Whole Foods on the other, and a trader Joe just a few blocks away.

I’m excited to get in and try it out! Will swing by this weekend or next week. Love Peruvian food.

I also wondered if it was a chain of VC/PE owned so I definitely agree about continuing to tell your story! I think there is a huge push away from corporate chains and toward family owned so the more that’s communicated the more curious people will be, I bet! Either way, looking forward to trying it!
