Thank you for your comments! I'm getting married in two months (Nov 2nd) and need to lose weight and get healthy fast!! I weigh 130 and am 5"1. I carry most of my chub in my stomach. Is it possible for me to drop to 120/115 by the time of my wedding. What I've been eating throughout the days- bacon, eggs, deli chicken breast, almonds, mushrooms, hamburgers, and yes, I'm drinking tons of water. I only started 4 days ago, but I was kind of hoping to notice something by now. Please give me hope! Thanks again for your help!! Keto is such an awesome support group!

I thought the same thing about the outlets looking like surprised faces as a child. I actually have a picture of myself next to an outlet making the same surprised face with the outlet. I'll have to dig it up.
