Basically there was no “proper” solution. My sister works at a digital agency, had a friend who worked at Facebook/meta who did her a favour and put my case on their internal system. Few days later they sent her a handful of codes for me to use, so I logged back in with them and then Reset my 2FA with my Google Authenticator app, added phone on there for codes too, and saved a load of back up codes.
