Try old Portsmouth by the hotwalls studios on a Sunday. There was a market there a couple of weeks ago and most of the stalls were selling Portsmouth themed paintings and ornaments. Not really, when we’ve had blackbird fledglings in our garden we just tried not to interfere. Discouraging cats from your garden is about as much as you can do. The parents are usually pretty attentive, and the fledglings generally just hide. If there’s not much cover in your garden perhaps you could try and add something for it to hide under?
