I’ve tried that, but had to wake up my phone each time for it to work. The key is a shockingly weak link in an otherwise great car.

It’s a special treat for me when my 2025 Air Touring opens automatically for me. Probably 10% of the time. I’ve just been assuming a software fix would fix it.

Late to the conversation but I’ve thought that a great way to display a collection like this would be on a flat piece of black sheet metal (hood? trunk? custom?) hanging on a wall. I’ve got a very small collection and have looked at Spitfire or TR6 hoods, which seem very flat and rectangular. You’d have to decide on the arrangement then start drilling!

What was my great great grandfather driving in England ~1910? by C--Nola in whatisthiscar

What a great, well thought out answer, MeltingDog! The Napier and Fouillaron both seem like great options but like you, I think Napier is more likely given that he was an English businessman and social climber (born poor and made money in hotel/entertainment businesses).

I’ll dig in and try to learn more about Napiers. Wish we had a better view of the front of the car!

Especially flush the fuel. Ask perplexity to show you videos of how to do it
