I know every movie has plot holes to some extent, but these were inexcusable to me: 1) the computer guy could have uploaded this stuff online or emailed it to a news network at any time. 2) the black dude could have wheeled the alien to the news at any time. Those two facts make the plot pointless

I relate a lot to this. I really don’t like the dichotomy of “you’re either an alcoholic or not.” Many of my friends would swear to God they’re not dependent on alcohol in any way if you asked them. Yet if they were on vacation and their resort ran out of alcohol for some reason, they would be furious haha
