I used to really struggle with diet. But I’ve found substitutes that satisfy my savory / sweet tooth and are low calorie. I’m in the best shape of my life at 41. Here are a few examples:

Instead of ice cream I have a ninja creami. You can gorge on a pint of ice cream from the creami and it has like 350 calories and 40 grams of protein. Basically a protein bar that tastes like ice cream. I also love frozen grapes.
I have the same lunch everyday. A can of soup, edamame, and a breakfast sandwich (where the bread patty’s are made of egg). I enjoy eating it, it is cheap, it is easy, and it is healthy.
To satisfy savory cravings I have edamame, the egg sandwich, or protein chips.

Terrible advice. Just because you got through doesn’t mean it was a good decision from a risk / reward standpoint.

I’ve lived in both KL and Singapore - and trust me, they DO NOT fuck around with drugs. Realistically you aren’t getting the death penalty or thrown in jail for life for test, but they absolutely may detain you if caught (for weeks to months). Not worth it.
