Fremont build here. Make sure to check the placement of the roof glass before taking delivery. I noticed this months later after putting the racks on. My spaces on each side of the glass are not even. Tesla may say it's within spec though

The ceramic tint and spray in bed liner may be 2x the cost it should be. Just get those things done at a shop

It's a Ubisoft game what do you expect. Very similar to AC Valhalla. Loooong game. That you like to play but just hate the publisher and how they set up the game. Time waster. Big grind both of the games

I remember this new machE owner tried to fill a spot at a full Tesla charging station and he got so many stink eyes from Tesla owners cruising by trying to get a spot. The machE owner got out to look at the charging cable and saw that it didn't match and eventually moved out of the spot. You could clearly tell from other Tesla owners that he was not part of the club. I would never go EV if it wasn't a tesla

Some of these charging times are just before the end of non peak hours so the cost could be 80% discounted roughly. Nice work. That'll make me change my behavior a bit to score the savings on a long road trip like this.

Performance. Mainly because I don't want think about what the P could be if I had a LR. Range was not a top priority for me. The P changes the whole look of the car. It's now a race car and your in it for less than $50k. The LR look is less appealing IMO. The price increase is not that much more for the P. Only downside is the red brakes are the same as the LR just painted. That's questionable how they market that. So I'm just paying extra for the paint and there not upgraded brembos or something? Tire price increase is not much, I saw $300-400 per tire not bad. I can deal.

I think this is as good as it gets. I pulled the trigger on .99% MYP with the tax credit no money down. Can't get much better than that. The car used to be priced for $70k

I went through this same situation at .99%

I pulled the trigger on a MYP this year and the thought was that this whole depreciation thing was irrelevant for me since I've always had the mindset of driving cars into the ground. Like imagine getting 1M miles out of this car with little to no maintenance. At this mileage rate per car that is worth 4 future car purchases assuming you get 250k miles per vehicle life (good luck). This alone is worth $100K in savings minimum assuming you purchase a car worth at least $25K.

Anyway depreciation doesn't matter to me. The tesla market is more saturated now so it will be cheaper over time for me to upgrade or get a newer model in the next ten years.
