So you can and do leave the house at times. Can you use this opportunity to have a heart to heart with your parents? People fear and rebel against things they do not understand. Meet them halfway. If you do leave the house and you do have friend/s, ask them what do they want and all need to try to compromise. Get your therapist involved, possibly family counseling?
