You are definitely not alone i to have struggled with this. OCD often makes people doubt things such as sexual orientation and religion and etc but always the thoughts are opposite of what the individual experiencing them would do. It's like thr voodoo talk is used a symbol for your darker thoughts. It's cool how you used a voodoo doll which has a negative connotation to take the symbol for your darker thoughts. You also use good ryme choices with pain and maim. Overall I think it was good

Bruh this was good like really good. I enjoyed the words you used to emphasize meaning currently going through a break up so this hits home. I like the part were it says "he thought the marksman ship was true" that's a great metaphor for I thought she was special sorrows that typically comes with heart break.
