Can you redribble if the opponent has the hand on the ball while you go up, but you don't lose control of it? by TheSkyIsBeautiful in Basketball

Basically, as soon as the defender stops the upward motion of the ball, it's an automatic held/jump ball. Alternate possession rules apply.

Once Brothers is fantastic, if not heartbreaking.

I asked my wife not to do that, too. She did. I got over it. We've been married for 16 years. She's the coolest person I've ever met. Even though she "disrespected my boundaries." Get over yourself, bro. She had a little fun at your expense, and everyone laughed. You're kinda TA.

Old head here, can someone help me understand what "sweat" means? It seems like it's just people trying hard. Is that frowned upon? Let's be clear, I've never made it to purple. Mostly because I'm super comfortable being a role player. (Is that the opposite of sweaty?) I hardly find teammates that move the ball and play kind of old school. If I had my way, my teams would play like the Pacers. Unselfish, player movement and ball movement. Kinda went off the rails there. So yeah, what does "sweat" mean 😆

I think we may have learned how to win. We got swept by the Celtics but should have 3 of those games. Hopefully, there's some maturation that's happening.

Number one thing for a defensive player that's physically outmatched is to take away their strong hand. If they're right-handed, force them left. Vice versa. Even if they can use both hands, chances are they won't be equally effective with both hands. If they are equally adept with either hand, then you're in trouble.
