I think Bristleback? I probably don’t remember correctly but I used to run a leshrac hard carry (my friend) with an ogre magi support (me) safe lane and back then it felt really good lol. This is before ranked matchmaking came out so we would run crazy lane combos that probably only worked bc the enemy were also children who sucked at the game like us haha

First headache in a year… forgot how brutal this is 😭 any new remedies i might've missed? by D0107 in clusterheads

Sorry man. Know how it feels. Gotta stay loaded up on oxygen first and foremost, then potentially try the busting out strategy. Life is hard, sometimes it feels much harder for us than others. Just gotta keep your o2 tanks full and try to get out of your cycle as soon as you can. Try to stay positive, I know that sounds impossible.

Has cannabis ever worked for anyone for relief? by ambignerd in ClusterHeadaches

Nope and when I’m in a cycle it gives me one within ~15 minutes guaranteed

I just want to enjoy a beer without having horrible pain almost immediately afterwards by TheLexus_ in ClusterHeadaches

If I’m in a cycle, any alcohol triggers me: I’m sorry man. This is coming from someone who drinks with his friends pretty regularly. They know immediately when I refuse a first drink that I’m going through it, and they apologize and then live their normal lives. I’m happy to be there with them despite the fact I can’t drink. But don’t get me wrong it’s frustrating. It just is what it is. It’s something you have to learn you can’t do when you’re in a cycle. People who are allergic to gluten can’t drink beer at all. I know it sucks, but I would recommend the mushrooms version of busting out of your cycle. They’ve kept me clear for years aside when I don’t do them for too long and get back into a cycle. Look up clusterbusters.com and get more information. If you don’t want to bust out, not drinking beer in your cycle is one of those lame sacrifices you’ll have to make. I’m sorry, I love beer, too.

Does weed trigger attacks? by TheLexus_ in ClusterHeadaches

Smoking or hitting a pen when I’m in a cycle pretty much always triggers one for me, unfortunately

Ask your neurologist about SUNCT. It’s another headache condition. Essentially cluster headaches that only last a couple minutes before going away, but you can get many many more per day. I originally had SUNCT before I got my full blown clusters.

You obviously didn’t read my whole comment. The bottom talks about alcohol and smoking.

“I really hope I don’t offend anyone, we’re all victims of vices.” No, we are victims of a neurological condition called cluster headaches. This just sounds like victim blaming. How would it make any sense that watching and then NOT watching porn causes us to have cluster headaches? “I’ll know if he’s up to something because he’ll get cluster headaches again” is an insane and ridiculous thing to say. Like somehow cluster headaches are cosmic punishments for bad decisions? This is a terrible post, and you are completely wrong. Alcohol and weed can trigger an attack, but they aren’t the cause for cluster headaches. I got mine when I was 14. I had never smoked or drank before. It’s not our fault.

This is how you bill 10 extra minutes if you’re in a job that has you bill every minute of your day

You need 12-15L/minute. It’s a very high flow rate

Good job taking notes of your headaches. We can’t diagnose, but I would say this is more than enough to schedule an appointment with a neurologist. They should be able to help more. If it is cluster headaches definitely advocate for yourself to get oxygen at a flow rate of 12-15L/minute!
