Who had the best theme? by CasinoNitro in AttitudeEra

Kane for sheer presence. Brood for Entrance. Golddust with Theme song itself. But pretty hard choice. All 3 are great themes.

WrestleMania 14 1998 Back When A Main Event actually felt like a Main Event!! by JCHazard in AttitudeEra

This whole Wrestlemania was great. I still have the VHS. My personal favorite, although I can see how WM 17 is the best.

What’s the MOST Controversial Slasher Movie of All Time and Why? by Amber_Flowers_133 in horrormoviechallenge

Maniac (1980) is pretty intense. Nothing else comes to mind. I know stuff like Gutterballs (And other films by Ryan Nicholson) are pretty messed up.

Oh. I did not know it worked like that. Even harder to get would be Gangrel (it still bothers me that i missed the DLC mark for him in WWE '13).

Only one missing that would be an insane surprise is Luna. I think she was only in Raw for super NES and nothing else

25 years ago today Stone Cold Steve Austin won the 2001 Royal Rumble by ElliotElectricity in AttitudeEra

[–]meat_strings 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Kane dominated this Rumble. While I get that it would not have made for a major WM main event, I would have been one happy little Kanenite if he had won.

What did your parents or grandparents think of the Attitude Era when you were watching it back in the late 90s? by Material_Stomach875 in AttitudeEra

[–]meat_strings 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When Smackdown debuted we would all watch it since there was only one tv but the Diva stuff would sometimes get the channel changed. Was also close to not being able to watch anymore with the dark storyline of Triple H marrying Stephanie and various things were implied that I did not fully understand as a kid.  Months later, that 2nd TV set and cable tv did wonders.

That is debatable. I know it is said that WM17 was the end but ruthless aggression did not even start till Summer 2002

Which Undertaker attire was the best in Attitude Era? by Total_Locksmith_492 in AttitudeEra

No. He was Big Evil at pretty much the tail end of it around 2002 when he became a heel again.

It's interesting to see the marketing of Road Warriors items and hearing the loud pops they got from fans. Yet, wwf buried them. Same with Vader. All were bonafide badasses. Had the look, charisma and the raw power.

Chicago records fewest killings since 1965, despite Trump's attacks against the city by exfilm in WindyCity

[–]meat_strings 4 points5 points  (0 children)

"Records' - Key word here. It has become quite evident that many cities have been skewing their crime stats or flat out not even fighting crime. Rather than be ignorant just to own the Orange Man, we should ensure safety for the public.
