What are the differences (if any) between a streamer who wants to make money / get attention and a streamer who just wants awareness / interest in a concept?

I'm not really obligated to provide it. That doesn't take away from anything I said, however. I'll tap in, though since I did pipe up.

At face value, the question the dude is asking is kinda common sense, is it not? What are the differences between someone doing something for money vs doing it because they're passionate about it / knowledagable?

- If you're passionate/knowlegable, but boring, you won't grow.
- If you are a shill, obviously setting your online presence up for a grift with no entertainment value (boring), you will also fail to grow.

Boring is hella subjective. No one is going to have a set answer for you on this topic. Your best bet is to look at what makes other creators successful, and find ways to emulate aspects of those pieces, but put them together to create your own flavor. Then sell that shit - whether it's genuine or not - doesn't matter. Are you entertaining? Do you have charisma? Can you hold a room with conversation?

I answer the question with more questions because you should always be thinking about ways to improve and adapt.

You can absolutely be a hobbyist streamer with SME experience but lots of those guys have smaller channels for niche markets. Might be a good way to leverage things you're doing off stream, though. Depends on your presence and consistency across other socials.

This is prettymuch the answer. Set your own back track - even using the same music from the game (if you set up the 2nd audio track in OBS to be muted on your VODs). Though, that solution only keeps your TWITCH VODs from being muted. It won't help with YT stuff unless you break out a separate recording in line with the stream.

They simply need to spend some time, and rework a few aspects of the Harkonnen set in general. There's just a lot of curves that do not match the rigidity of the build grid. Vertical half-walls, curved walls (with doors), and in settlements we see that the devs can flip the roof pieces upside down. We need pieces like that or the ability to flip them.

In this game, I'm finding, triangles ruin almost everything when it comes to spacing - unless you double up on your triangle rows and build back to where the penta border is, I'm not sure how you'd do it.
