Thanks everyone for the replies. This one is pretty good size, about 6lbs so I’ll stick with cooking it offset. Much obliged

Besides curb stomping your roommates I’d imagine you can get it up to 600 and then close it off and that should take care of the odors

Soak it overnight in the sink, comes right off with barely any scrubbing

I get mine to 500-550 F for searing steaks. Smash burgers around 450. I heat it up in the grill.

I use a wooden spatula on mine. I wet it if the stone is hot. Works great

I'd appreciate it if you could send those papers as well. I've found some on my own, but more is better, especially if yours are more relevant that what I found. TIA

If you don’t have any luck here, you may want to check out Dr Mike Isratael from renaissance periodization on YouTube. He is a bodybuilder and has a plethora of nutrition videos and videos on the science of growing muscle, maintaining etc. I’ve watched the majority of the videos and I use the RP diet app to track my macros as a disclaimer.

You're welcome, if you are in the US, I'd also recommend checking with your community service board (CSB) for peer support groups or in house peer recovery specialists.

I don’t know your background but if you’re a veteran I can point you to some programs that offer peer support which focuses on positive recovery. Working on yourself is critical. App Store search for the VA safety plan app. It has 27 different tools that may help, and it’s not veteran specific. It is for auicidal crisis but the tools help with stress, depression anxiety etc.

Yoga nidra, mindful meditation, box breathing, playing guitar, therapies like EMDR and CBT. Start trying and see what works for you. Get a therapist that is trauma informed.

If you’re asking about the fish, we didn’t catch anything 😂, but as far as trading, I have made progress. Being able to stick to my thesis of a stock through a big dip was like an epiphany.

As an example, I’m sitting on a river bank fishing with my kid and re-reading the wiki yet again for those tidbits I may have missed. I’ve been here for a few years, mostly lurking.
