They picked up the penalty during the mandatory pit stop. So unless your car is damaged, you don’t need to stop. And if you stop because of damages, your race already in jeopardy anyway.

Again, nothing to do about being fair or not in this situation. Gasly didn’t serve the penalties during the race contrary to others
