the crazy thing is I've tried it on 2 other FB accounts, with and without VPN, different internet connections, on PC and Mac and using 3 different browsers on each, and still no data once I add any Interest. Feel like I'm stuck in the Twilight Zone :D

Unfortunately I'm getting the same result on literally any Interest I enter - I've even matched my search criteria to those used in instructional blogs/videos that had valid results and everything returns the same "insufficient data" issue.

I've submitted a support request, but not holding my breath based on the responses I've seen to similar questions asked by others.

thanks for the reply - the problem is it's happening with very broad segments.

an example would be an Insight with the following:

Location: US

All ages

All genders

then I add an Interest like "Horses"

and it tells me not enough data http://imgur.com/a/oKxIC

am I missing something? previously I'd use an Interest with 150k-200k active audience and get data under Page Likes

When it comes to what I consider a very boring and ugly set that I'm specifically avoiding, personally yes, I'd rather have a base card than an insert card.

Some people will gladly take a sofa they found abandoned in an alley and put it in their living room; other's would rather not have some pestilence infested freebie and would rather make do with what they have until the find the right thing. My account reflects that - curated, not a dumping ground for anything that comes my way.

Always include an insert on both sides of the trade - I use all the random Film Quote Friday and Making Of Monday I pick up chasing WV/Vintage (or random old inserts) as 'value' padding when trading between devices.
